The application season for the 2026-2027 school year is now underway. Please see the lists of application requirements and deadlines below for both our Early Consideration and General Application options.

New Early Consideration Option at The Wheeler School

This option is designed for students and families who know that Wheeler is their first-choice school and are ready to make a firm enrollment decision.

Need-based financial aid is available for Early Consideration applicants who qualify.

If you wish to keep your school options open while completing other applications, we encourage you to remain in the General Application process—there is no penalty for doing so. However, please note that some grade levels may fill through Early Consideration.

Early Consideration Timeline

Applicants who complete the General Application process by Sunday, February 1st will receive decisions for admission and, if applicable, financial aid on Friday, February 20th.  After the deadline, we switch into a rolling admission cycle when space is available.
