We have a packed schedule of events for Wheeler families, alumni, and students of all ages. Celebrate our community, cheer on our Warriors, and bask in Wheeler spirit all week (and weekend!) long.

Wheeler Alumni are on our Providence campus throughout the day for various gatherings, including the following:

• Alumni Career Roundtables

  Designed to provide a space for Wheeler alumni to have meaningful conversations with seniors about their academic, professional and life experiences both at and beyond Wheeler. Students will be matched with alumni mentors via a form coming soon.

The first 100 participants who register for any Fall Fest programming will receive a free t-shirt!

  Wheeler’s annual free, all-school event including hay rides, lawn games, pumpkin painting, and more; hosted by the Wheeler Family Association.

  • Cost: Free! But sign-up is required by Tuesday, 10/14 at 8pm (sent out on email, posted on the US Community Page and Google Classroom pages)
  • Attire: Elevated casual
  • Snacks & Drinks: available for purchase from school clubs (cash only)

• Upper School Parent and Guardian Social*
  7-10pm | Crook Point Brewery, 65 Massasoit Ave, East Providence | Upper School parents & guardians, RSVP here
  Join the Wheeler Family Association for a parent and guardian’s night out while Upper School students are at their Homecoming dance. Food provided, cash bar will be available for beverages (including non-alcoholic drinks).
