Wellness Company Flu Vaccine Clinic

Thursday, October 15 and Wednesday, October 21

To prepare for the late fall and winter months, Wheeler is hosting the onsite Wellness Company Flu Vaccine Clinic on October 15 & 21 for students, faculty, and staff. Please note,

  • You must register online at School Flu Clinic to schedule an appointment
  • Walk-ins will not be allowed and no paper registration forms will be accepted
  • Registration closes at noon the day before the clinic
  • You must arrive on time for your appointment
  • Our Seekonk Campus students in Grades N, Pre-K, K and 6, are planned for the before and after school time slots. Parents/guardians of this group of students may accompany their student(s) to the clinic, but this year’s Flu Clinic staff can only administer vaccines to students, faculty, and staff.
  • Insurance information will be collected, but the vaccine is FREE, whether you have insurance or not

1st Clinic Date: Thursday, October 15

Time: 7:00 am – 1:00 pm and 3:00 – 5:00 pm

Participants: Students, Staff/ Faculty only

Location: Madden Gym
Registration closes at noon the day before the clinic

Flu Clinic Safety Information

  • Wellness Company Staff are trained in health and safety measures
  • All COVID-19 safety precautions are observed
  • Face coverings are required
  • Social distancing is required
  • A COVID-19 symptom screening is required
  • Hand sanitizer will be available
