Friday, October 18

8 am

  • Check-In opens on Providence Campus
  • NEW! Alumni Minibus Tour to the Farm campus as well as to new Wheeler Studio at WaterFire Arts Center
    • Classroom visits, self-guided tours, visit our new NuVuX Studio on campus, record your story for Wheeler Voices in the Digital Production Studio.

NOON

  • Lunch with Head of School Allison Gaines Pell at historic Baker House, 217 Hope Street

7 pm – 9 pm

  • Reception for all Alumni and Reunion classes at The Guild brewery, 461 Main St., Pawtucket, RI, hosted by your Wheeler Alumni Board

Saturday, October 19

11 am – 2 pm

  • Family Fall Fest and the Middle School soccer tournament at the Seekonk Farm Campus. Bring the kids for pumpkin-painting, hayrides, petting zoo, bounce house, rock wall, and more FREE fun
  • Class of 2020 BBQ. Support our incoming alumni class at their cookout fundraiser. All proceeds benefit the Class of 2020.
  • Purchase some Wheeler swag at the School Store outpost.

5 – 6 pm

  • Campus tours in Providence with Student Ambassadors. What’s it like to be a current Wheeler student? Take a tour with one of our students and learn directly from them.

6-7 pm

  • Evening Registration Opens. Cocktails and appetizers in the Creamer Courtyard on campus
  • Performance by the 18 Wheelers, Wheeler Dance Company, and Upper School Jazz Band

7 pm

  • Dinner and presentation of this year’s Alumni Association Founder’s Award to Betsy West ’69, Producer of the 2019 Oscar-nominated documentary RBG.

8-9:30 pm

  • Dessert and Dancing and Fun!
