  • Visit the Farm. Our 120-acre athletics campus in Seekonk, MA is not on our tour, but you are welcome to go there virtually or on your own.

How to Apply

Once you've decided to apply, see our detailed information about the admission process and timetable. Again, the Admission staff is here to guide you at every step. Note that there are separate applications for Wheeler and The Hamilton School at Wheeler. If you receive an offer of admission, you'll be welcomed back to visit again to make sure all your questions are fully answered.

    Fall Admission Open House

    Join us at Wheeler to talk with current students, parents, and staff members; meet the Head of School, Allison Gaines Pell; and tour the campus.

    Experience Wheeler Panel Session #1 - Focus on Diversity

    Prospective families from diverse backgrounds are invited to learn more about Wheeler.  You can enjoy a light dinner and get a chance to talk with current students, parents, staff members and the Head of School, Allison Gaines Pell.

    Lower School Play Date

    Bring your applicants - Nursery (age 3 by September 1) through 5th grade - to Wheeler and play with us! Choose from activities such as yoga, music, fun in the gym, or robotics, and don't miss our awesome play structure! Snacks will be provided.

    Wheeler 6thGrade Farm Program Preview

    We invite prospective 6th Graders and their families to spend an afternoon talking with teachers and experiencing some of the activities that Wheeler students participate in as part of our Sixth Grade Farm Program at our 120-acre farm campus in Seekonk, MA.
